Inquiry Guidelines for Families, Schools & Municipalities
Because CAP JUNIORS operates strictly as a public interest non-profit organization under the French Law of July 1, 1901, our administrative channels are structured to handle different categories of civic inquiries with maximum efficiency and transparency:
1. Family Registrations & Youth Participation
Parents and legal guardians wishing to enroll children in our Saturday sports academies, nature expeditions, or school holiday day camps may use the online inquiry form below or visit our office during reception hours. Our registration process is simple, confidential, and completely free of charge. We request basic emergency contact information, medical fitness certificates for sports practice (*certificat médical de non contre-indication* or statutory health questionnaire), and parental consent forms.
2. School & Educational Partnerships
Primary and secondary school directors, physical education instructors, and pedagogical advisors interested in integrating our outdoor biodiversity workshops or sports clinic modules into their school curricula are invited to contact our Youth Program Directorate directly. We provide complimentary equipment loan kits and trained volunteer chaperones for sanctioned school outings.
3. Municipal Authorities & Inter-Communal Syndicates
Elected officials, municipal youth directors, and social welfare coordinators seeking to establish decentralized sports initiatives in rural or peri-urban quarters are encouraged to arrange a formal consultation with our Administrative Board. CAP JUNIORS works in close synergy with public institutions to strengthen territorial cohesion and expand child welfare coverage.
4. Emergency Protocols for Active Camps & Excursions
For parents whose children are actively participating in an ongoing multi-day camp, mountain excursion, or weekend tournament, our regular landline switches to an emergency duty forwarder outside standard reception hours. Every field excursion leader carries an emergency satellite-assisted communications device and a direct telephone link to our duty coordinator. In the rare event of a weather contingency or delay, parent contact phone trees and SMS broadcast updates are activated immediately.
5. Press & Media Inquiries
Accredited journalists, local municipal publication editors, and regional television correspondents covering youth welfare, community sports, or non-profit statutory developments in Provence and Occitanie are requested to contact the Director of Publication via [email protected] with the subject line "PRESS INQUIRY / DEMANDE PRESSE". High-resolution documentary photographs and official press releases are provided promptly.
6. Physical Accessibility for Persons with Reduced Mobility (PMR)
In strict compliance with French accessibility standards (Loi n° 2005-102 du 11 février 2005), the SET CLUB headquarters and all administrative meeting chambers of CAP JUNIORS are fully accessible to individuals with reduced mobility. Dedicated disabled parking bays are positioned adjacent to the main entryway, with zero-step threshold access, widened doorways, wheelchair-accessible sanitary installations, and auditory/visual signage throughout the reception area.
